About the Role

At Colliers, we are a leading global commercial real estate services company. Our team of experts provides valuation and advisory services to the commercial mortgage sector across Australia.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Valuer to join our team. As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation and advisory services to our clients, including commercial, industrial, and retail property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and accurate valuations of commercial, industrial, and retail properties
  • Provide expert advice to clients on valuation and market trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and a Registered Valuer with at least 2 to 5 years' experience
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Word, and Estate Master
  • Ability to deal with several matters and work to deadlines
