Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the sales operations in APAC.

This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support market expansion and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Forecast regional revenue, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiatives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8–10 years' experience in territory sales leadership, preferably in APAC
  • Background in engineering and construction software is beneficial
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and managing cross-country teams
  • Strong understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APAC
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Willingsness to travel within the region as required
