
APAC Sales Leadership Position

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the sales operations in APAC.
This role involves developing and executing a sales strategy, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APAC business landscape, a strong track record in B2B sales, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support market expansion and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with global objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet targets
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Forecast regional revenue, monitor performance metrics, and report to senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Minimum 8–10 years' experience in territory sales leadership, preferably in APAC
- Background in engineering and construction software is beneficial
- Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and managing cross-country teams
- Strong understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics across APAC
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingsness to travel within the region as required
