About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solution Architect to lead our pre-sales activities for key accounts and large-scale opportunities in the APAC and ANZ regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and customer success
  • Provide technical leadership and education to customers, crafting and presenting compelling services and solution propositions
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI
  • Work closely with customer architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility
  • Plan and lead workshops to uncover customer needs, identify business objectives, and challenges to be solved
  • Lead in creating and presenting holistic services responses and proposals, including services scope, staffing, and roadmaps to deliver against customer objectives
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization
  • In-depth understanding of digital platform implementations, including CMS, Customer Data Platforms, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, and Mobile strategies
  • Balance of business and technology skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and tie solutions to program success criteria
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution
