**Job Overview**

The Bar Operations Manager is responsible for the overall success of our bar operations. This includes ensuring that all aspects of service, quality, and cleanliness meet our high standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking and reduce waste.
  • Implement efficient systems and procedures to manage labor costs and improve productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and maintained in the bar area.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including storage areas and equipment.

Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
