We are seeking a highly skilled bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, setting up and packing down, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and assisting the bar manager in creating new cocktails.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day bar operations
- Set up and pack down equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of stock
- Collaborate with the bar manager to develop new cocktail menus and recipes
- Liaise with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a bartender
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards of professionalism
- Valid RSA certification
