Senior Brand Development Lead

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and management of key brands within our portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
You will lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on brand objectives and strategies. Manage the brand's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
- 4-8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on position from strategy to execution
- Experience in new product launches and mature brands
- Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns
