Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Concierge desk and Porte-Cochere for efficient daily operations and prompt guest response.
  • Supervise and guide the Porter Valet team to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Create a positive work environment that drives motivation, builds morale, and fosters teamwork.
Essential Qualifications
  • Possess passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Experience in a leadership position with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (including Opera).
  • Excellent communication skills.
