Food Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Food Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Food Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food items from our menu to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest with a smile and maintain positive body language throughout the delivery process.
  • Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for guests in whatever way is needed to ensure exceptional service.
  • Protect our guests and community by observing the rules of responsible food and beverage service.
  • Ensure guest safety while they play the game or engage in other activities on site.
  • Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so they remain hot, fresh, and appetizing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment by taking bus carts to the kitchen for clearing and then returning them to the tee-line.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff by completing side-work specified by the senior chefs.
  • Assist the expo line if required and support the stewards with putting away equipment once washed.

Key Qualifications:

  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is essential.
  • High energy levels and enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • A high level of self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity to navigate changing circumstances.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical fitness to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering stairs as required.
