About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance professional to join our team in ANZ. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Compliance colleagues to develop, manage and execute the Compliance Strategy and Plan in ANZ
  • Promote a strong Compliance and Integrity culture across the region
  • Monitor regulatory developments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on Compliance risks and procedures
  • Participate in Governance and Risk committee meetings to ensure effective governance frameworks
  • Conduct Compliance Risk Assessments to identify inherent Compliance risks
  • Develop and deliver tailored Compliance training and awareness programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in Compliance, risk management or related areas for insurance or financial institutions
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management programs
  • Proven experience working with regulators and excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, organizational and time management skills
