The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance; and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
