Overview Join to apply for the Tax Manager ANZ role at DLL .
The Senior member of the Finance team will be responsible for the tax compliance work for all ANZ legal entities, including Income tax, GST, FBT, Payroll tax, Withholding tax, and Thin Capitalization. Work closely with other Finance team members and internal departments, DLL Group Tax, Rabobank Australia Tax team, Tax advisors and auditors to ensure all company tax obligations are met. Keep up to date with tax regulation changes and provide tax advisory assistance to the business on new transactions.
Responsibilities Review monthly PAYG payments, quarterly income tax provisions including forecast analysis for all legal entities.
Review income tax returns and schedules in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with external and internal deadlines.
Review monthly GST returns, payroll tax returns for all legal entities, and annual payroll tax reconciliation for all states.
Review annual FBT return including collection of declaration forms and expense analysis.
Complete all Group Tax Internal Tax Compliance requirements including GTTER reconciliations and Compliance attestations.
Develop Tax Control Framework by updating Tax Manuals, tax control testing.
Review annual GST apportionment calculations.
Coordinate testing on tax reports and tax data from Leasing and financing systems.
