Remote Clinical Support Specialist

As a key member of our audiology team, you will provide expert clinical support to a leading practice in Western Australia. Working remotely, you will handle various tasks such as appointment scheduling, patient communication, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately document clinical notes from patient consultations.
  2. Order hearing aids and accessories via manufacturer portals and generate quotes for clients.
  3. Prepare professional reports for referring doctors based on consultation findings.
  4. Draft and send patient handouts, PDFs, and follow-up emails to ensure seamless communication.
  5. Submit Medicare and government paperwork related to audiology services in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct regular clinical audits of principal audiologist employees to maintain high standards.
  7. Analyze and enter audiological data into our systems.
Requirements:
  1. Audiology qualifications with relevant training and experience.
  2. Healthcare background preferred.
  3. Proven management skills as an executive assistant.
  4. Relevant degree or certification in specialisations.
  5. Strong understanding of audiology terminology, patient care, and hearing aid technology.
