Job Description

Dental Clinic Assistants play a vital role in both clinical support and patient engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a collaborative dental education and training environment, supporting dental students and clinicians in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on clinical assistance to dental students and clinicians, supporting patient care and procedures.
- Maintain high standards of infection control and equipment hygiene in accordance with protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks including reception duties, patient record management, and supply coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Dental Clinic Assisting or equivalent, plus completion of at least three years of secondary education.
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures in clinical or teaching environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management abilities.
- Clerical or reception experience in a dental or medical setting is desirable.
