Job Overview
As an OSHC Manager, you will oversee School Aged Care programs, empowering services to break down barriers and create a positive impact in the community.
You will guide Coordinators and Educators, ensuring we uphold quality care while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will build and nurture a talented team, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead teams to achieve commercial, people, and quality outcomes.
- Design innovative strategies to enhance quality of care, drive enrolment, and retain talent while managing financial performance.
- Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support Coordinators during critical incidents and identify future training needs, collaborating with Learning & Development on development programs.
Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership experience in Early Childhood, Education, or School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes.
- Strong ability to develop high-level strategies for OSHC programs while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with a proactive attitude and willingness to engage in all aspects of work.
