About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Allkinds. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting media and marketing functions, with a focus on campaign planning, PR, influencer management, and retail marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Content and Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and digital teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotions and product launches.
  • Brief social media requirements to the Social Media Specialist and Content Creator.
  • Develop and execute PR seeding strategies to boost brand visibility.
  • Create and distribute press materials, including press releases, media kits, and product samples.
  • Identify and manage brand partnerships aligned with Allkinds' values and objectives.
  • Lead the influencer strategy and manage creator licensing campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with shopping centre marketing teams to promote Allkinds across channels.
  • Manage a calendar of in-store activations and events, sharing new releases and promotions.
  • Participate in team brainstorms and contribute to creative marketing ideas.
  • Support content shoots and assist with various marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or related field (preferred).
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within retail or consumer brands.
  • Experience managing influencer programs and coordinating marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for creative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Strong eye for engaging content and maintaining brand integrity.
