Security Officer Position

Safeguard and protect the public, staff, members, and visitors in a high-profile healthcare setting. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols on foot or via vehicle to identify potential security risks and hazards
  • Screen individuals entering the facility, inspecting all security devices and fire control equipment
  • Respond promptly to incidents, providing a calm and urgent response when necessary
Requirements:

To excel as a Security Officer, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to manage stressful situations
  • A valid driver's license for driving positions only
  • Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles

As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo a background investigation and drug screen, subject to federal, state, and local laws.

Professional Growth:

Successful completion of our training program and obtaining a Management of Aggressive Behavior certification are required post-offer.
