Key Responsibilities:- Patrol the building during non-regular business hours to ensure its safety and security.
- Monitor fire safety equipment to prevent any potential hazards.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies as they occur.
- Perform basic first aid if necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Basic math skills to perform tasks such as calculating inventory levels and tracking expenses.
This position requires frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs. The employee must also be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. The work environment is typically moderate with occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, outdoor weather conditions, extreme cold or heat, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
