Hospital Security Specialist Position

This role requires the delivery of exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and security of clients' premises.

  • Ensure the safe passage of individuals and assets within a range of industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government.
  • Provide proactive response to incidents and critical situations in a calm and composed manner.
Key Responsibilities:

This position entails carrying out regular patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.

  • Provide excellent customer service, adhering to site-specific policies and emergency response procedures as necessary.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings and respond to potential security threats in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Undergo a comprehensive background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Meet any applicable licensing requirements prior to employment.
