Your Impact
As a seasoned environmental professional, you'll lead the delivery of environmental planning, impact assessment, and regulatory approvals for significant projects. You'll work closely with our NSW Planning and Environmental Approvals team to develop and implement effective environmental strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage environmental consulting projects, leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to prepare environmental constraints reports, scoping documents, and environmental impact assessments.
- Scope and manage environmental studies and surveys, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and submit high-quality environmental approvals documentation and environmental management plans.
- Mentor and coach early career stage professionals, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.
- Contribute to the development of national practice, working on projects across Australia with our 285+ strong Environmental Solutions business.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven individual with:
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in environmental science, environmental planning, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in environmental planning, impact assessment, and approvals.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of New South Wales and Commonwealth environmental planning legislation.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a strong motivation to work independently.
