Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounting Professional. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.

This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate billing information and resolve any billing-related queries from customers.

In addition to your technical skills, this role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, with proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure all billing information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any billing-related queries.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure billing processes are running efficiently.
  • Participate in month-end financial reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as required.
  • Support management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or Oracle.
