Client Experience Manager

This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences by maintaining accurate client data and providing administrative support to the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date records of client information and packages
- Facilitate communication with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for clients regarding forms, lodgements, and document retrieval
- Review and prepare documents for clients in support of the accounting team's efforts
- Manage various administrative tasks, including reporting and scheduling meetings to ensure timely completion
- Handle client inquiries and correspondence effectively
Required Skills
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Possess excellent attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills
