The RoleWe are seeking a Veteran Pathways Manager to oversee the client journey from enquiry to onboarding, ensuring every veteran and their family is welcomed and supported with professionalism and care. This position supervises the Client Engagement Officer, manages enquiries and onboarding processes, and oversees practice support functions such as client communications, accounts, and resource management.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the client journey from enquiry to onboarding
- Supervise the Client Engagement Officer

- Collaborate with the General Manager and the Veteran Services Team Leader
- 4-day work week (36 hours) for a better work-life balance

- Make a meaningful impact by directly supporting veterans and their families

- Holds a current National Police Clearance
