Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality individualized nursing care to residents with complex care needs, focusing on wound and pain management
- Provide supervision on the floor to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to residents
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 6 months post-graduation experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
- Able to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff
