Dementia Care Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled registered nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for residents living with dementia in our specialist unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care that nurtures the dignity, health, and wellbeing of residents.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support residents emotionally and physically, fostering a sense of security and comfort in their daily lives.
- Mentor and support junior staff to ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Proven experience in aged care, particularly with dementia care, is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical skills and a person-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
