Job Title: Nurse Care Specialist
">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to residents, focusing on managing complex clinical needs such as wound care and pain management.
">You will play a key leadership role by overseeing care staff on the floor, ensuring that all services delivered reflect our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional resident experience.
">Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, documenting care outcomes, providing and coordinating resident care, applying advanced nursing skills to manage complex care needs, and integrating evidence-based practices into clinical care.
">You will collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager on key clinical decisions and guide and support EN - Care Coordinators and Care Assistants in resident care.
">A person-centred approach is essential in this role, encouraging knowledge sharing and adaptability. You will promote interdisciplinary collaboration to uphold best-practice care standards and adhere to the National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses and Aged Care regulations.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post graduate experience. You must hold a current AHPRA registration and have demonstrated experience of at least 6 months as a Registered Nurse within the Aged Care sector.
">You will bring excellent clinical knowledge and skills, and be committed to fostering meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues through compassionate care and effective communication.
