Project Manager

As a Scrum Master, you will partner with one of Australia's leading medical software start-ups to manage their development team and organisation. This company helps thousands of Australians daily through their platform solution, making outdated medical processes more efficient for doctors and patients.
The role involves managing a team of 8 developers, prioritising and delegating tasks, providing clarity on timelines and expectations, and forming the foundations for implementation of an agile way of working. You will serve as a bridge between product management and development, clearing obstacles and protecting the team from distractions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising and prioritising development tasks for the team
- Providing clarity on task timelines and expectations
- Helping to form foundations for implementation of an agile way of working
- Keeping the team organised and focused
- Serving as a bridge between product management and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
Skills and qualifications include:
- 4 years or more experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery manager or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a team/ people management role
- Experience with managing multiple deliverables and prioritising development tasks
- Experience in transitioning teams into agile ways of working
