**Job Summary**

The Food and Beverage Supervisor role is a key position within the hotel's operations. It involves overseeing the day-to-day management of food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a diverse group of individuals, coordinating rosters, and maintaining efficient inter-departmental interaction. Your ability to forecast rosters and manage payroll costs effectively will also be crucial in achieving profit goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to guests' needs and desires promptly.
  • Supervise the coordination of food and beverage outlets as rostered.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked department, including public areas, store rooms, and offices.
  • Train team members to provide consistent and professional service levels.
Requirements:

For this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent people management skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
