Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, upholding hotel policies and procedures, and providing proper training for all food and beverage team members.

  • Attend to guests' needs and desires immediately
  • Ensure efficient inter-department interaction within the hotel
  • Maintain neat, clean, and functionally operating departments
  • Comply with hotel policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate reporting of issues
  • Foster open communication channels within the F&B department

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people management skills, effective recruitment and training abilities, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. A full knowledge of occupational health and safety guidelines is also essential.
