Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to join our team at Wagners, a dynamic and diverse business with a global footprint. The successful candidate will support procurement activities across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve our procurement outcomes.

About the Role

This is a key role within our procurement function, reporting to the Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining data in our procurement system, supporting supplier information, and assisting with tender and RFx documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our procurement system, including catalogues, items, and contracts.
  • Support the management of supplier information, ensuring that all necessary details are complete and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and RFx documentation, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Main Responsibilities
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity in our procurement system.
  • Providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the procurement process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a procurement or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise resource programs (ERPs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
