**Job Overview**

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting procurement operations, project management, and financial reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in various procurement and financial management functions, including the creation of purchase orders, managing tenders, and supporting project-related procurement activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative and departmental procurement requirements, promoting procurement awareness across the department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Procurement section, assisting in contract management, financial processing, and project reporting.
  • Manage and monitor procurement activities, ensuring timely financial payment and delivery of project-related activities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in procurement and asset management within SAP.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Strong client service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with KPIs.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
