Principal Geotechnical Leader

A senior geotechnical professional with exceptional project management skills and technical expertise is required to lead projects in the Wollongong region.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee geotechnical projects from inception to completion, leveraging 6+ years of experience as an engineer or geologist in a consultancy environment.
- Mentor junior staff members, promoting their growth and development.
- Nurture client relationships and contribute to team expansion.
- Hold an engineering, geology, or earth science degree.
- Possess chartership status or be actively pursuing it.
- Lead geotechnical projects across residential, commercial, and land development sectors.
- Local Wollongong preference, though candidates with NSW or wider AUS experience are also considered.
- Hold an Australian drivers license and be an Australia or NZ citizen or permanent resident.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Additional day off on birthday.
- Access to minimum 50 hours training/CPD per year and paid membership to a professional body.
- Fast-track CPEng with Engineering Aus.
- Collaborate with an international consultancy boasting a strong project pipeline.
