About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the position of IT Infrastructure Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise IT environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technical expert to make a significant impact in systems engineering and service management. You will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Microsoft enterprise environments including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Certificate Services
  • Administer Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams
  • Implement enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions using Dell PowerProtect and DataDomain
  • Develop and implement scripting and automation processes using PowerShell, Bicep, and Azure Infrastructure as Code
  • Configure and manage virtualisation technologies like VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Design and deploy secure networking solutions using Cisco, WAN, and Azure Virtual Networks
  • Ensure robust security and application delivery through Palo Alto, F5, and Azure Network Security Groups

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements:
  • Deep technical expertise in systems administration and technical support
  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise environments, cloud platforms, and virtualisation technologies
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Bicep
  • Tertiary qualification or ITIL certification is highly desirable
