The organization is seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Technical Support Officer on a contract basis. This position offers 36.25 hours per week, providing an opportunity for flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deploy and support IT infrastructure across the organization, focusing on hardware deployment, system imaging, configuration, and user support within a Microsoft environment.">
  • Coordinate with end-users to schedule hardware deployments and communicate progress.">
  • Install and configure laptops, desktops, and monitors, as well as decommission legacy equipment.">
  • Manage Active Directory groups for application access and user control.">
  • Perform network port patching and collaborate with Cisco switches during deployments.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or relevant IT support role.">
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in most of the following areas:">
  • Windows Domain environments with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.">
  • Cloud services including Microsoft Azure and Office 365.">
  • Workstation management and software deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft MECM).">
  • Security management tools and technologies.">
  • Advanced scripting for OS deployment, automation, and app modification.">
  • Networking technologies.">
  • Server and desktop virtualization.">
