Telecommunications Rigger Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Rigger Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure across various states in Australia.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the telecommunications or construction industry. You will possess excellent problem-solving skills, great communication and organizational abilities, and an understanding of quality, safety, and environmental systems and principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Erecting new telecom structure i.e., Towers, monopole
  2. Upgrading existing 4G and 5G networks
  3. Working at heights to install new equipment
  4. Running new cable and plumbing in
  5. Erecting steelwork
  6. Ensuring installation is in line with technical specifications
  7. Commissioning and testing of installed hardware including fault finding
  8. Report non-conformities and suggest improvements to processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Australian driver's license (HR desirable)
  • National Police Check
  • White card
  • Working at heights tickets (required)
  • First aid & CPR (required)
  • Intermediate/Advanced rigging ticket (required)
