About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving new business growth across the entire corporate sales structure, supporting Australian corporations of all sizes. You'll develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new opportunities, focusing on increasing revenue, market share, and yield premium through targeted initiatives.

Key responsibilities include building and strengthening strategic relationships across key industry sectors and Travel Management Companies (TMCs), gathering and analysing market intelligence, and leading commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders.

You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor sales messages to resonate with different types of customers and mobilise customer stakeholders to advocate for our product or service within their organisation.
