**Job Overview:**

Placed Pty Ltd is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote additional services and ensure alignment with client needs.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact business growth.
  5. Collaborate with the CEO to develop market expansion strategies.
  6. Assist the CEO in the sales process.
  7. Streamline existing processes and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting health and wellness in the marketplace to enhance brand recognition and reputation.
  9. Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to create comprehensive profit and loss statements for all clients, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Business, or a related field or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in FMCG sales, national account management, and customer relationship building.
  • Experience in developing and mentoring employees to achieve business targets.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to negotiate for optimal sales value.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • Proactive, innovative thinker with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and works independently.

Salary: $135,000 base salary p.a. excluding superannuation.
