Project Delivery Specialist


Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex research projects from kickoff to final delivery. You will work closely with clients, researchers, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working as a project manager in a SaaS or tech environment. They will have excellent communication skills, strong planning and prioritisation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders with competing needs.

The successful candidate will be able to coordinate timelines, align expectations, and keep everyone moving in the same direction. They will also be able to manage risks, escalate issues when necessary, and provide clear and calm guidance to the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills: clear, empathetic, and calm under pressure
  • Experience juggling many concurrent deliverables across stakeholders with competing needs
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills: love a clear Monday board and a good status update
