
Nurse Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with current or eligible registration and practicing certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, person-centred clinical nursing care while overseeing patient care plans and nursing teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Supporting Nurse Unit Manager and Nurse Educators in clinical, educational, and management activities, promoting quality and consistency of care.
- Leading and coordinating clinical education programs, staff orientation, and professional development to foster a strong learning culture.
- Participating in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to advance patient care and service excellence.
- Providing leadership and acting as a resource for nursing staff, supporting change management and resolving care delivery challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience or classification as a Clinical Nurse / Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising nursing staff and facilitating clinical education.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and relate to diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards, quality improvement systems, and contemporary healthcare issues.
