Nurse Unit Manager Senior Leadership Position

The role of a senior nurse unit manager is crucial in leading the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the nursing team
- Ensure safe, effective, and efficient rehabilitation care
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and patient safety
- Effectively manage resources, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
This leadership role requires a strong ability to lead, support and develop a clinical team within a multidisciplinary environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
