Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead a team of consultants in delivering software implementation, consulting and training engagements to clients.

Key responsibilities include managing a team, overseeing the success of professional services offerings, developing departmental plans, allocating resources and prioritizing tasks to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that team members have the required product skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to clients, implementing a training and development plan, and overseeing key internal projects and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a leadership role in a professional services or technology-enabled environment.

Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Ability to think critically and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a strong understanding of software implementation and delivery, professional consulting services and training engagements.
