Customer Experience Representative

The role of Customer Service Officer is pivotal in delivering high-quality services to our customers, aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service to all customers, both in person and over the telephone.
- Offer assistance to customers inquiring about memberships, demonstrating knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews.
- Promote centre services and programs to customers, accepting bookings and enrolments.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Exercise excellent public relations at all times.
- Ensure centre opening and closing procedures are followed in accordance with security and safety protocols.
- A positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style.
- Computer literacy, familiarity with software packages, and point-of-sale systems.
- Previous experience in the leisure industry is advantageous.
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
