Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and sales.
  • Drive improvements in customer order processes, service delivery, and employee behavior.
  • Maintain high service level standards and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
  • A brand-related background would be advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • An approachable, empathetic, amenable, and collaborative attitude.
