Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in retail, hospitality, or contact centre environments.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner, educating customers about our products and services, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complaints when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Educating customers about our products and services
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with terminals and eCommerce enquiries
  • Guiding customers through the EFTPOS activation process
  • Resolving customer complaints through effective communication skills
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to identify solutions
  • Recording accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions
