Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders across the organization to provide strategic HR advice and support, enabling them to achieve their business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our industrial agreements and legislation.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business on employment-related matters.
- Provide day-to-day HR generalist advice and support to our line managers, including employment-related matters and talent development.
- Contribute to business success through the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who has a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations. You will have a proven track record of providing strategic HR advice and support to leaders and employees, and have experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders, employees, and stakeholders. You will also have a proactive and structured approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
