About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial planning and analysis support to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership and business partners.
About You
  • You have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights that inform business decisions.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • You have experience working with financial systems and tools, including Excel and financial planning software.
