Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Land and Environment Team.

The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and development of our bathing area grounds, gardens, and wider property.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and development of gardens, including construction and preparation of garden beds for planting
  • Planting of seedlings and maintenance of garden beds
  • Assisting with compost production and use
  • Waterway and reed management
  • Weeding, mowing, and brush cutting open areas and lawns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
  • Adhering to ecological and sustainable practices

A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential. Previous experience in horticulture, conservation, or landscaping is also desirable.
