Job Description

Investment Administrator (Maternity Cover)

This is a 12-month maternity cover role where you will provide investment administration functions to clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash and asset reconciliations to various custodians
  • Processing & instructing of various client transactions
  • Liaising with Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians to ensure settlement of all transactions
  • Effective client communication, including responding to all client queries and requests in a timely manner
  • Completion of client specific reporting requirements
  • Calculation of client monthly fees and interest
  • Ensure tax reporting is properly delegated and outputs reviewed and are sent to clients in line with regulatory SLA
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years operational experience

Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Mathematics preferred

Knowledge of IRESS (IPS) will be an advantage
