We're a registered B Corp and fully committed to an inclusive, equitable and forward-thinking workplace culture.Your New Role In your new role, you will confidently lead quantitative research on existing and new strategies and day to day management of domestic and global portfolios as part of the broader strategic objectives of Australian Ethical to achieve growth in funds under management.Key Responsibilities Identifying and leading research projects to enhance existing strategies as well as developing new strategiesContributing to the design and implementation of systematic equity portfoliosDevelopment of quant investment process and infrastructureProvide deep expertise in domestic and global systematic strategies, portfolio optimisation / construction and trade executionEnsuring compliance with all portfolio guidelines and processesDay to day monitoring and reporting on our investments including performance vs risk / return expectations and modification of these where necessaryProvide quantitative research and thought leadership for the systematic equities team, including factor specific research and simulation workWhat we're looking for You're a sharp quant analyst, with a demonstrated track record of delivering high quality research to inform robust portfolio decision making and performance.
You'll be self-motivated and driven, inherently inquisitive, be able to work autonomously and effectively as part of a broader team to achieve positive outcomes.
