Lead Primary Care Program Manager

The Role:

This role involves building relationships with schools, planning and delivering enriching experiences, managing teams, and fostering fun relationships with children and their families.

You will work from our Camberwell location, with some flexibility for working from home. You will also receive incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with schools and partners on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families
  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the glue that connects us with your school community
Requirements:
