Job Title: Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Coordinator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional childcare services to children, families, and staff. This will involve planning, preparing, and delivering programs that meet company and regulatory standards and policies.

You will also be required to document the delivery of educational programs, children's interests, and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A minimum Diploma level qualification in Early Years, School Aged Education, or Allied Health is required.
  • First Aid level 4 certificate or willingness to complete it.
  • Working With Children Check (P- Status) is mandatory.
Benefits:
  • A permanent part-time role across a 5-day week (Monday to Wednesday)
  • Earn up to $36 per hour, plus Superannuation at 11.5%
  • 12hrs+ per week - Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care
  • Split Shift Allowance
